Overview
Support recruitment across MSF projects by assessing practices, developing tools, and building capacity of HR personnel. The role focuses on strengthening and adapting recruitment support to align with MSF's principles and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project visits to assess recruitment practices and candidate reach.
- Ensure recruitment activities are timely, transparent, fair, cost-effective, and confidential.
- Analyze challenges and needs with HR stakeholders to define improvement priorities.
- Deliver toolkits, guidelines, templates, and training materials for recruitment stages.
- Empower HR personnel to implement safe, inclusive, and effective recruitment practices.
- Support the rollout and adoption of recruitment tools and systems (e.g., KOBO).
- Co-create guidance and training materials with MSF counterparts.
- Contribute to the review and update of the Global Recruitment Policy.
- Develop and implement a methodology to support and harmonize local recruitment processes.
- Identify risks and propose improvements for ethical, safe, and context-sensitive recruitment.
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of international experience with MSF or Other NGO in HR Positions across projects in countries of intervention is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience and expertise in recruitment activities, processes and/or strategies is mandatory. Experience in training, coaching and facilitating is a strong asset. Experience or strong interest in Diversity; Equality and Inclusion in recruitment or Safe recruitment practices is an asset.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in human resources, social sciences or related area of study is a strong asset.
