Overview
Consultant to draft by-laws for the implementation of flexible work arrangements in Lebanon, ensuring alignment with labour law and social security regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a desk review of Ministry of Labour and NSSF regulations and by-laws.
- Ensure alignment of internal regulations between the Ministry of Labour and NSSF.
- Undertake consultations with stakeholders on options for effective implementation of Flexible Work Arrangements.
- Suggest labour-law related by-laws for the Ministry of Labour concerning flexible work arrangements.
- Propose monitoring and evaluation procedures for the amended labour law.
Required Experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in areas related to law reform and changes is required. Previous experience in working on labour law and/or social security laws is desirable. Previous experience in working on labor and social security laws in Lebanon is desirable.
Qualifications
A master's degree in Lebanese law is required.
