Overview
The Corporate Volunteer Engagement Specialist provides assistance and technical expertise in implementing corporate partnerships and direct marketing strategies to support funding growth and engage partners in child-focused development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Partnership Officer in donor mapping, targeting, and implementing a Donor Relationship Management Plan.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporations and foundations for new funding opportunities, focusing on employee engagement.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with corporations/foundations, including managing volunteer engagement opportunities.
- Coordinate with corporate volunteers and the Operations Team for the smooth implementation of employee engagement activities.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses and brands for cause-related marketing.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with bank rewards programs, charity donation platforms, and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage Goods-in-Kind and Services-in-Kind product donations.
- Provide support in maintaining and growing the database of partner corporations, foundations, and institutions.
- Support the Business Development Team and other Proposal Development Team members in developing funding concepts and project proposals.
- Implement assigned team tasks and responsibilities.
- Initiate direct marketing research and post-activity evaluation.
- Submit periodical/monthly accomplishment reports and proposals for increasing monthly targets.
- Ensure Christ-centered Commitment in corporate partnership and direct marketing processes.
Required Experience
At least 2 years of substantial experience in fundraising, networking and community development. Experience in proposal development, developing and managing projects, and delivering development programming preferred. Experience in coordinating with national agencies and LGUs, civil society organizations, and urban communities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related courses, or any Community Development course with equivalent experience in fundraising and social work.
