Internship opportunity in Conference Services to support intergovernmental meetings, digital solutions, operations analytics, accessibility, and knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-deliver logistical, procedural, and operational workflows for high-level UN Headquarters intergovernmental meetings.
- Drive digital service implementation and sustainable meeting servicing support through electronic distribution of official documentation.
- Execute data collection, performance analysis, and operational reporting to evaluate meeting service delivery.
- Support the UN Accessibility Centre in advancing inclusive meeting environments.
- Standardize unit operations through the creation and maintenance of core operational guidelines and training documentation.
- Performing other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience
No working experience is required to apply for the United Nations Internship Programme.
Qualifications
Applicants must: (a) be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher); or, (b) be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent).
