Overview
Support monitoring and evaluation and information management activities within the mission, contributing to the development of tools, data management systems, and information products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the M&E plan, including tool development and data management systems.
- Develop progress tracking tools and monitor dashboards on results, activities, and risks.
- Participate in field monitoring visits and data collection activities.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of information system solutions.
- Assist in information management processes and flows, including data collection tools.
- Assist in the technical management and maintenance of data collection processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of information products for briefings, proposals, and reports.
- Help verify data collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination align with data protection principles and ICT policies.
- Disseminate findings, conclusions, and recommendations from M&E activities.
Required Experience
- High school diploma with five years of relevant experience; or, Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience with monitoring systems and data collection.
- Previous experience working on social projects, such as strengthening social inclusion and promoting the rights of migrants and refugees.
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
Qualifications
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
