The Construction Officer provides technical support for country office construction activities, including planning, procurement, and site monitoring. The role collaborates with UNICEF's Program and Operations sections to define construction interventions that meet programmatic needs and contribute to child-related outcomes.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, at national or international level in project monitoring, construction supervision, quality assurance and/or other directly related technical fields. Experience in water, sanitation and hygiene projects in community, school and institutional settings is required.
A completed first university degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or another related area is required.
