The Health Manager reports to the Chief of Health and HIV and is responsible for supporting the management of the Maternal, Neonatal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MNCAH) Portfolio. The role involves leading the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of MNCAH outputs within the country programme, providing technical guidance and operational support.
A minimum of eight years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas is required: public health planning and management, maternal and neonatal health care, communicable diseases (HIV, TB, and malaria) or health emergency/humanitarian preparedness. Skills: Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Strategic Planning, Advocacy, Programme management and Partnership building is required.
Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in one of the following fields is required: public health, pediatric health, obstetrics and gynecology specialization, family health, biology, health research, global/international health, health policy and/or management, biostatistics, socio-medical, health education, epidemiology or another relevant technical field.
