The Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer provides technical, operational, and administrative assistance for the planning, monitoring, and evaluation process, ensuring timely execution and follow-up of results and recommendations.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social development analysis and programming at the international and/or in a developing country is required. Demonstrated experience in conducting impact assessments and applying findings to strengthen programme design, implementation, and decision-making. Proven expertise in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to generate evidence, identify trends, and support programme performance monitoring. Strong knowledge of Integrated Monitoring, Evaluation and Planning (IMEP) processes and their application in programme planning, monitoring, and reporting. Experience in programme strategic planning, including results-based planning, prioritization, and alignment with organizational objectives. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership management, building and maintaining effective relationships with government counterparts, development partners, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders.
A completed first university degree (bachelor’s degree) in economics, psychology, sociology, education or other social science field is required.
