Overview
The Extended Term Consultant will provide integrated support across trust fund management, administration, communications, and knowledge management for the Seoul Center for Finance and Innovation (SCFI). The objective is to strengthen SCFI’s operational effectiveness and institutional visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of the SCFI Trust Fund portfolio, including tracking grant approvals, commitments, disbursements, and implementation status.
- Assist in internal reporting, monitoring and evaluation data collection, and quality assurance processes.
- Support the preparation of donor-facing deliverables, including annual reports, presentations, results summaries, financial tables, and ad hoc briefing notes.
- Maintain an up-to-date portfolio monitoring system.
- Support operational preparation for the next phase of the SCFI Trust Fund.
- Support the design and implementation of SCFI communication and visibility activities.
- Prepare communication materials, including newsletters, short articles, event summaries, and web content.
- Coordinate the production and regular dissemination of the SCFI newsletter and other outreach materials.
- Manage and regularly update the SCFI website.
- Coordinate with technical and communications teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of online content.
- Support the development and maintenance of the knowledge repositories built within the SCFI website.
- Organize knowledge products, presentations, reports, and learning materials.
- Provide administrative support for SCFI activities including meetings, missions, conferences, and knowledge exchange programs.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for SCFI events.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of events.
- Support procurement, contracting, and documentation processes.
- Assist with budget tracking, payment follow-up, and operational documentation.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, event documentation, correspondence, and operational files.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in operations support, trust fund or project management, communications, or knowledge management, preferably in an international organization.
- Proven experience with donor reporting, portfolio tracking, and administrative processes is highly desirable.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent required; degree in economics, finance, public policy, international development, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
