Overview
The Community Champion for Maternal and Child Health role aims to strengthen the health system by acting as a link between families and health centers, encouraging health-seeking behaviors, and improving knowledge of health risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support community awareness and education on maternal and child health.
- Support orientation and close follow-up of individuals needing care.
- Support the link between the community and health services.
- Support the collection and relay of community feedback.
- Support health campaigns and activities.
Required Experience
No experience required. Previous volunteer experience with a civil society organization or at the community level is an asset.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Volunteerism, associative and community work.
