Youth for Equality TRNAVA, Slovakia Volunteer opportunity: Young Leaders
The program as described (below) offers volunteers a number of activities to increase their creativity and entrepreneurial skills. No one is excluded from our activities: people with limited opportunities, small children, the elderly and people with special needs who live in the city will be part of our project. Even without being a part, they will see that our actions improve their lives as well. Our organization can offer volunteers the opportunity to participate in a number of activities. Volunteers will play a supporting role in organizing activities, workshops and events. They will be able to design their own activities, organize events focused on the environment, business skills. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements Accommodation is provided in apartment. Participants will receive food allowance and pocket money. Participant profile We are looking for enthusiastic young people aged 18-30. We expect them to be interested in our activities and share the values we develop, to be open to learning new things, open to new challenges. Our volunteers should be able to communicate in English, have digital literacy, a sense of solidarity, social feeling, responsibility, open mind, initiative, interest in working with youth and be sociable.We do not require specific skills or professional qualifications, but rather an interest and enthusiasm. Volunteers should enjoy working with related tasks and developing their skills.
