Ideal candidates will have previous experience participating in workcamps or other volunteering activities, either in their home country or abroad, demonstrating a sustained commitment to community service. We are looking for people with a strong and genuine interest in youth work, committed to promoting active youth participation, inclusive volunteering and broader social inclusion. Candidates must be highly motivated to use and learn non-formal education methods as powerful tools for engagement. Essential skills include effective communication with young people and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
