Overview
Support the Insight and Accountability Unit in developing and managing corporate key performance indicators, building surveys, and assisting with data analysis and reporting.
Tasks Summary
- Support review of documents and research for KPI development and management
- Help build, process, organize, and transcribe surveys
- Support development of dashboards and visualizations, and provide user support
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting by validating, processing, and organizing datasets
- Assist in maintaining the Performance Measurement Dashboard
- Support transition to automated data pipelines in Microsoft Azure cloud environment
- Conduct research and compile information from various sources
- Assist with preparation of background documents and meetings with partners
- Contribute to data entry, updating databases, and programme-related documents
- Assist in editing and revision of reports, briefs, and other documents
- Assist in drafting correspondence, talking points, reports, and presentations
- Assist with preparation and dissemination of materials including meeting notes and reports
- Fulfill other duties as required

Applicants are not required to have professional work experience.
Qualification Requirements
- Enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)
- Enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent)
- Graduated with a university degree (as defined above)
- Computer literate and proficient in standard software applications (e.g., MS Office 365 or similar)
- Demonstrated keen interest in the work of the United Nations
- Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
