Tasks Summary
- Provide travel assistance and ensure timely delivery of travel arrangements and services
- Prepare, draft, and review correspondence and reports related to travel
- Verify visa requirements, health protocols, and insurance coverage
- Monitor FAO Travel Agents for on-time booking and ticket issuance
- Liaise with travel initiators and review travel requests
- Review supporting documentation for travel and financial actions
- Draft routine correspondence to verify data and answer queries
- Maintain a filing system of travel/administrative documents
- Process payment for tickets and ensure timely settlement of invoices
- Maintain accurate travel data in FAO corporate systems
- Generate periodic reports on travel costs, compliance, and vendor performance
Experience Requirements
Experience in performing routine administrative functions in support of travel.
