Overview
Provide administrative, financial, and operational support for the FAO Vanuatu office. Responsibilities include managing petty cash, coordinating travel, and maintaining records.
Tasks Summary
- Maintain petty cash accounts and reconcile expenditures
- Maintain local assets and inventory records
- Support local travel functions and VISA arrangements
- Assist in creating and registering NST travellers
- Maintain travel database for local travel requests
- Assist in clearing outstanding travel-related balances
- Identify, review, and claim refunds of travel costs
- Help with office communication
- Undertake responsibility for stationery and its management
- Maintain a filing system of administrative and financial documents
- Retrieve, enter, select, and analyse data
- Support procurement and HR actions
- Prepare routine correspondence of an administrative nature
- Perform other related duties as required
Experience Requirements
Three years of relevant experience in administration, finance, accounting, procurement, logistics, or office support.
Qualification Requirements
High school diploma required.
