- Ensures supervisor is aware of items of special interest.
- Monitors supervisor’s schedule, arranges meetings, and prepares minutes.
- Gathers and compiles files, exchanges information, and responds to calls.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of four years of clerical work experience in procurement and logistics.
Qualification Requirements
Successful completion of Secondary education plus two years’ business course recognized by the Agency.
