Overview
Provide support to the People and Culture Manager by executing People and Culture services, applying knowledge of HR models, and understanding organizational HR policies and procedures. Contribute to operational demands and lead strategic projects/processes.
Tasks Summary
- Advise clients on HR-related needs and develop plans of action through research and data analysis
- Provide accurate and timely advice on People and Culture processes and policies
- Proactively advise clients on HR issue resolution
- Promote organizational goals for gender equity and cultural diversity
- Liaise with HQ, regional, and country offices to support corporate People and Culture strategy formulation
- Provide feedback and recommendations on People and Culture systems, policies, and processes
- Research, benchmark, and implement best practices in People and Culture management
- Support the implementation of assigned HR services (recruitment, job classification, etc.)
- Analyze and synthesize issues for casework, recommending solutions
- Support the design and delivery of learning plans for staff
- Contribute to mapping competencies and developing a talent pipeline framework
- Research efficient and cost-effective learning products
- Participate as a resource person in capacity building initiatives
- Provide orientation briefings to new staff
- Collect, interpret, and analyze People and Culture data
- Support the development and implementation of data collection systems
- Coordinate with country offices and partners on People and Culture information management
Experience Requirements
- Two years of professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation is required
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation, instructional design, particularly creating user-centered learning materials or onboarding content, is an asset
- Experience in knowledge management methodologies and communications
Qualification Requirements
A University Degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is required
