Overview

Support the Office of Supply Chain Management (OSCM) in the execution of 2026 working projects and the implementation of OSCM Policy Framework changes.

Tasks Summary

• Support OSCM in the execution of 2026 working Projects, including preparing documents and presentations, and performing tasks associated with preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Support the implementation of changes to OSCM Policy Framework, including modifications to Manuals.
• Assist with other specific projects as required.
• Support project management activities, including documenting and coordinating project tasks.
• Assist in tracking project progress and timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, demonstrating flexibility.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft 365 Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.

Qualification Requirements

• Enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
• Enrolled in the final academic year of a university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level or equivalent).
• Graduated with a university degree (as defined above).
• Pursuing studies and experiences in Administration, Management, Finance, Strategic Planning, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources, Psychology and Social Sciences.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
