- Supports human resource activities including recruitment, placement, and performance appraisals.
- Assists with budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and financial report preparation.
- Processes administrative arrangements for official travel and maintains administrative files.
- Assists in the day-to-day administration of contracts with external contractors.
- Collects, analyzes, and presents data for reporting and decision-making.
Experience Requirements
Experience in performing a broad range of administrative functions including budget/work programme, human resources, and database management.
