Tasks Summary
- Supervise travel assistants and provide training on policies and procedures
- Coordinate travel for civilian and military personnel
- Review travel documents and visa applications for accuracy and compliance
- Respond to complex travel inquiries
- Advise offices and personnel on travel documentation and visa requirements
- Coordinate with consulates and host government on visa matters
- Check and correct travel-related forms and authorizations
- Collaborate on standard operating procedures
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Assist with updating information materials and delivering outreach sessions
- Perform ad-hoc assignments
Experience Requirements
Experience in travel and transportation services is required.
Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
