Overview

Prepares drafting works using AutoCAD software for various design stages and produces drawings for building remodeling and housing. Assists Division Heads in daily operations.

Tasks Summary

• Prepares drafting works using AutoCAD for site surveys, schematic designs, concept designs, master plans, and detailed architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Prepares 3-dimensional presentation drawings, diagrams, charts, and simple graphic works.
• Produces hard copies of designs and plans for supervisor review.
• Assists Division Heads in daily operations.
• Produces drawings for remodeling of existing buildings.
• Produces designs and detailed drawings for housing & shelters.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience Requirements

• Five years of experience in AutoCAD drawing, drafting, graphic works, and 3-dimensional applications.
• Experience in engineering-related office equipment such as plotter, drawing photocopying machine, and other relevant ones.

Qualification Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma from an accredited educational institution in civil, architectural or structural engineering.

Contract Duration: Fixed Term Appointment for 1 year, with the possibility of further extension

Remuneration: • Monthly basic salary JD 710.10. • Monthly Provident Fund contribution (15.4% of basic salary paid by the Agency). • Compulsory medical insurance. • 30 days of annual leave. • Dependency allowance (if applicable). • 2 days of sick leave for each completed month of service. • 14 weeks of Maternity Leave. • 2 weeks paternity leave.
