Supports the setup and implementation of a PMER framework for emergency and long-term operations. Focuses on planning, monitoring, reporting, and information management to ensure quality programming and accountability.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in developing quality plans for operations, ensuring engagement and compliance.
- Assist in setting up systems and guidance for quality plan development.
- Promote an adaptive management approach to planning.
- Assist in developing the monitoring mechanism and implementation plan.
- Assist in designing and establishing systems to collect reliable monitoring data.
- Liaise with sectoral teams to define data sources and collection methods.
- Assist in developing monitoring tools, including Indicator Tracking Tools.
- Assist in coordinating with NS for data collection and reducing duplication.
- Undertake field monitoring visits and develop comprehensive reports.
- Assist in coordinating surveys, reviews, and evaluations.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (PMER).
- Experience in information management, including data validation, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience in supporting PMER systems and processes during operations.
