Overview
This role focuses on implementing transformative processes in urban community contexts, in coordination with churches and faith-based organizations, to support the integral development of children, adolescents, and youth.
Tasks Summary
- Implement social projects focused on the spiritual nutrition of children and adolescents.
- Train and accompany clubs and networks of adolescents and youth.
- Articulate and collaborate with churches, faith-based organizations, community leaders, and youth networks.
- Intervene in peri-urban neighborhoods or marginal urban contexts to promote social and community development.
- Manage and follow up on protection cases, emergent health, or vulnerability situations (desirable).
- Manage and follow up on social development projects.
- Train trainers and facilitate group processes.
- Use methodological packages and participatory tools with children, adolescents, and youth.
- Use Office applications and digital tools, including smartphones for activity registration and reporting.
- Manage conflicts, dynamic methodologies, and community work processes.
- Apply safeguarding policies, child protection, and organizational standards.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience.
- Experience in implementing social projects oriented to the spiritual nutrition of children and adolescents.
- Proven work in training and accompanying clubs, networks of adolescents and youth.
- Experience in articulation and collaborative work with churches, faith-based organizations, community leaders, and youth networks.
- Intervention in peri-urban neighborhoods or marginal urban contexts, promoting social and community development.
- Desirable experience in management and follow-up of protection cases, emergent health, or vulnerability situations.
Qualification Requirements
- Third-level degree in Education Sciences and/or Theology.
- Desirable fourth-level training in Social Development Project Management, with an emphasis on children and adolescents.
