Tasks Summary
- Develop guidance for pledges
- Develop and implement a workplan to operationalize the “Sumaúma Pledging Tree”
- Support and coordinate the Advisory Board
- Reach out and encourage human rights-based commitments
- Support co-development of human rights-based climate solutions
- Organize and participate in public events
- Develop promotional material
- Mobilize resources
- Serve as secretariat, receiving and processing pledges
- Assess pledge development using metrics
Experience Requirements
- 5 years of working experience in International Law, Human Rights or Environmental Law
- Experience in coordination of participatory and inclusive global initiatives on issues concerning human rights, climate change and environmental human rights defenders
Qualification Requirements
Advanced degree in environment or human rights
