Opportunity for a HRM Agent focusing on Selection, Recruitment, and Mobility of Officials and Temporary Agents within the European Commission.

Tasks Summary

• Liaising with HR Correspondents and recruiting line managers from client DGs.
• Acting as a contact point for personnel issues.
• Managing document conservation.
• Supporting budgetary follow-ups.
• Assisting in reimbursement procedures for candidates.

Experience Requirements

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources or closely related functions.
• Experience managing stakeholders effectively.
• Experience ensuring comprehensive administrative follow-up within HR-related activities.

Qualification Requirements

• A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, OR
• A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Thorough knowledge (minimum level C1) of one of the 24 official languages of the EU. • Satisfactory knowledge (minimum level B2) of a second official language of the EU, to the extent necessary for the performance of the duties.

Languages Preferred: • Knowledge of French is considered an asset.

Work Modality: • The place of employment will be Brussels.

Remuneration: • The recruitment grade, as well as the step in that grade, will be determined in accordance with Commission Decision C (2025)4716 on policies for the engagement and use of temporary agents and with Commission Decision C(2013)8970 laying down the criteria applicable to classification in step on engagement. • The pay of staff members consists of a basic salary supplemented with specific allowances, including, where applicable, expatriation and family allowances.
