The internship supports the team in the analysis of new challenges for Latin American development policies amid the new global context. This involves conducting research on regional trends, reviewing policy frameworks, and preparing summaries or recommendations.
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
Languages Required: Fluency in Spanish is required.
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of English and French desirable.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Modality: In-Person Part-Time
Remuneration: The internship is not paid and is offered (in-person part-time,) basis (five days per week; <35 hours; working hours 8:30 to 16:00). Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
