Overview
The ICT Analyst will coordinate and supervise the connectivity technical team, ensuring the availability, stability, and continuous improvement of educational network connectivity to enhance the digital experience in schools.
Tasks Summary
- Coordinate and supervise the connectivity technical team.
- Ensure availability and stability of educational network connectivity links.
- Lead design and implementation of technical and operational improvements in network infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators.
- Manage monitoring tools and integrate alerts.
- Coordinate joint actions with suppliers, contractors, and Ministry areas.
- Design and apply standardized maintenance and incident response procedures.
- Design and maintain contingency and operational continuity plans.
- Promote continuous training of the technical team and adoption of best practices.
- Prepare monthly technical reports, availability dashboards, and service performance reports.
- Propose and execute technological innovation projects.
- Implement projects and programs.
- Perform estimations and verify their timely development.
- Train project teams on project plans, key metrics, and standard methodology execution.
- Perform Security Analysis.
- Create dashboards for tracking metrics and KPIs.
- Reduce average incident resolution time and implement a methodology for the technical support team.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in IT project Management and Direction.
- Concrete experience in managing LAN/WAN/WiFi network infrastructure or connectivity/telecommunications services.
- Experience in coordinating technical teams and ICT suppliers.
- Desired: Experience in management in the Argentine public sector.
- Desired: Experience or knowledge in network and information security, cloud computing, distributed computing, network fundamentals, infrastructure, communication protocols, operating systems, network servers, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, cabling systems, network operation and traffic analysis utilities, project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project), Software Development, Agile methodologies.
Qualification Requirements
- Required: Secondary school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Required: Technician's degree in IT, Systems, Telecommunications, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Systems, Telecommunications, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Desired: Postgraduate degree in Project Management.
- Desired: Certifications in Security or Networks such as CISSP, CISM, Cisco CCNA/CCNP Enterprise, or equivalent.
