Overview

The consultant will concentrate on priorities including UNDS Survey Analysis, data analysis of UN-to-UN funding flows, and handover of office SharePoint and website to ensure continuity and maintenance of operational efficiency.

Tasks Summary

• Compile, structure, and analyze country level qualitative data from the UNDS Survey.
• Analyze incoming and outgoing financial flows of both Joint Programme and UN to UN agreements.
• Support the handover of relevant internal SharePoints to new owners including the PPD website.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in: product/service design and system specification, document intelligence or contract lifecycle tooling, work in policy rich or controlled environments. Experience with data management, reporting, and Microsoft Power BI. Experience updating UNICEF SharePoint sites for communications and capacity building. Experience with inter-agency initiatives and UNICEF technology is strongly desirable. Experience with UNICEF (especially DFAM or GSSC), WFP, or other UN entities is an asset.

Qualification Requirements

Advanced degree in communications, data analytics, information systems, human centered design, computer science, law and technology, public policy with a digital focus, or related fields. A first level degree plus two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted.
