This assignment involves organizing and maintaining official correspondence between the UN Resident Coordinator's Office and Saudi government entities, and occasionally supporting the drafting process of new correspondence.

Tasks Summary

• Organize and maintain official correspondence between the Resident Coordinator’s Office (RCO) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), as well as other Saudi government entities, ensuring that all records are properly filed electronically;
• Occasionally support the drafting process of new correspondence addressed to MoFA and other government entities, assisting by proofreading and ensuring consistency, clarity, and formatting standards. FINAL DELIVERABLE: An up-to-date repository of correspondence from the UN RCO to MoFA.

Experience Requirements

• Completion of secondary education;
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with word processing and email communication;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to follow instructions, respect confidentiality, and work in a professional manner;
• Willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
