Overview
Provide administrative support for data collection, lead stakeholder consultations, and support the coordination of a national expert team for the preparation of an inventory of waste-controlled substances and a national management plan.
Tasks Summary
- Provide administrative support to UNEP’s Independent National Consultant for data collection under the National Inventory of Banks
- Lead stakeholder consultations to obtain stakeholders’ input, support, and validation for the project’s deliverables, including the Inventory and National Plan
- Support the NOU in establishing and coordinating a national expert team in accordance with the project’s requirements
- Support all stakeholder consultations, meetings and other events, to gain stakeholder approval and disseminate the results and technical information regarding the project, through the preparation of project reports.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with the NOU at the national level, showcasing an understanding of the refrigeration and air conditioning sector
- Experience in the field of project management or a related field, including a strong understanding of relevant areas and expertise in the subject matter
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in project implementation and reporting (e.g. preparing progress reports, organizing stakeholder consultations, workshops) at the national level
Qualification Requirements
Completion of a recognized high school diploma is required.
