Overview

The Principal Assistant (Resource and Portfolio Management) contributes to the organization's budget planning cycle and process, assists in budget information collection, and supports resourcing and recruitment activities.

Tasks Summary
  • Contributes to the organization's budget planning cycle and process.
  • Assists in the collection and preparation of required budget information.
  • Supports managers and teams in resourcing and recruitment activities.
  • Coordinates and schedules ongoing workforce planning activities.
  • Takes responsibility for the provision of support to services and projects.
  • Provides administrative support to assigned project boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.
  • Engages and collaborates with operational stakeholders as required.
  • Provides administrative support functions to teams and meetings as required.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 years post-related experience with higher vocational training in a relevant discipline, or 5 years post-related experience with a secondary educational qualification.
  • Work experience in administrative and coordination functions, preferably in the areas of financial management, human resources and/or project management.
  • Experience in financial management within a customer-funded environment.
  • Experience in planning, preparation and production of budget submissions.
  • Experience in budget execution and resource management.
  • Experience in preparing, conducting and reporting using statistical sampling methods.
  • Knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning systems, project management processes, procedures and tools.

Languages Required: • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Contract Duration: 5 year contract

Remuneration: • 5,393.24 Euro (EUR) Monthly
