 APPLY HERE BY FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM: https://forms.gle/NMDfF9KfMBWhAEPG8  MORE INFO ON THE MISSION HERE : https://urlr.me/jFSgQE  The volunteering mission takes place in the City of Annecy's International Relations Department  The volunteer's missions will be to:  Support initiatives that raise awareness of international citizenship and solidarity  Provide and promote resources for raising awareness of international citizenship and solidarity among the public in Annecy, in collaboration with local associations and cultural organizations  Contribute to the organization of workshops for local associations involved in international solidarity  Coordinate the ‘Shared Christmas’ initiative  Participate in the preparation and organisation of the ‘Solidarity Month’  Contribute to the roll-out of European and international initiatives of the City of Annecy  FOR MORE INFO SEE LINK ABOVE Accommodation, food and transport arrangements  Volunteers are provided with free accommodation. The volunteer will be housed with three other volunteers in a house.  Volunteers receive a monthly allowance equivalent to 8€ per day for pocket money (224€ to 248€/month according to the number of days during the month) + 400€ per month for food allowance.  Volunteers have a bicycle at their disposal. Training during the activity  Volunteers will receive a list of all the organizations offering free French classes in their area, so that they can register. They also have acces to online classes through the EU Academy website.  Volunteers can take a first-aid class and other trainings on various themes (e.g.: two-day training course in Paris on international solidarity, online training on setting up sustainable solidarity projects, online workshops on the NGO world,...)  Volunteers will attend two ESC seminars with volunteers from all over France. Participant profile  Confirmed interest in issues of international solidarity and citizenship awareness  Listening and communication skills in an intercultural context  Dynamism and adaptability  Proactivity and team player  Valued skills: use of French and English (B1), use of digital and collaborative tools (Pack Office, social networks, Canva, Mural or Mentimeter), Driving licence
