Overview
Deliver quality primary and reproductive healthcare, support disease prevention, and ensure continuity of care within targeted health facilities in Eastern Libya.
Tasks Summary
- Deliver a full range of essential reproductive, maternal, and women’s health services.
- Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions.
- Provide antenatal and postnatal care.
- Support safe reproductive health practices.
- Offer family‑planning counseling.
- Address women’s health concerns across all age groups.
- Provide preventive care and conduct routine screenings.
- Identify potential complications requiring higher‑level intervention.
- Ensure continuity of care through coordination with pharmacies, laboratories, and referral hospitals.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure confidentiality.
- Participate in Quality and Performance Improvement activities.
- Provide timely reports and updates to supervisors.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Gynecologist.
- Relevant experience working at NGOs with a similar role is an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery with a valid practice license from the Libyan Ministry of Health.
