Overview
The Psychologist will deliver psychological and psychosocial services within designated health facilities and surrounding communities. The role involves diagnosing disorders, providing support, and ensuring continuity of care.
Tasks Summary
- Deliver high-quality psychological care.
- Provide mental-health and psychosocial services, including assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapeutic interventions, crisis intervention, health education, and referrals.
- Coordinate with other health providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure confidentiality.
- Participate in Quality and Performance Improvement activities.
- Provide timely reports and updates to supervisors.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience providing psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Relevant experience working at NGOs with a similar role is an advantage.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a valid practice license.
