Overview

Provide structured research, reporting, documentation, and coordination support to senior advisors and the ERSI PMU, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, well-managed stakeholder engagement processes, and a strong evidence base and documentation trail.

Tasks Summary
  • Conduct targeted desk research and prepare research briefs, annotated bibliographies, and synthesis notes.
  • Draft, edit, format, and quality-check key documents and prepare meeting packs.
  • Support planning and coordination of stakeholder engagements, document outcomes, and maintain stakeholder trackers.
  • Prepare weekly highlights and monthly progress memos, support reporting inputs, and coordinate with team members for inputs.
Experience Requirements
  • Professional experience in research, programme/project coordination, stakeholder engagement support, reporting, knowledge management, or consulting support roles—preferably in areas related to fund management, investment facilities, or public-private partnership contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written outputs and synthesize complex information.
  • Strong coordination skills, including managing multiple parallel tasks, tracking follow-ups, and supporting high-level engagements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, International Development, Management, Political Science, or another relevant field. A Master’s degree in a related discipline is an asset.

Languages Preferred:

Contract Duration: 4 months (with possibility of extension)

Work Modality: Onsite

Remuneration: • Volunteer Living Allowance (USD 1,306.5/Month) • Entry Lump-Sum = USD 400 (one-time payment) • Exit Lump-Sum upon completion of contract. • Medical and life Insurance premium/Cigna (100%) and dependents policy. • Access to UNV E-Campus for training and learning including access to LinkedIn learning.
