Overview

The Regular Giving Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring long-term donor commitment and loyalty by focusing on retention and donor development strategies to strengthen the connection between supporters and WFP’s mission.

Tasks Summary
  • Assist in developing and implementing donor retention strategies.
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks for outbound telemarketing operations, including data transfers, reconciliation, and invoice follow-up.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for campaign execution, including briefing and call listening.
  • Monitor daily results and help improve processes for efficiency.
  • Coordinate email journey content refreshes, including information hunting, fact-checking, and working with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate translations, proofreading, and troubleshooting of journeys.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of journey performances and assist in developing new journeys.
  • Coordinate RG related content development, including appeals, thank you emails, and impact reports.
  • Coordinate and monitor RG programme related A/B tests, including creation of new donation forms, coding, and performance analysis.
  • Liaise with other team members from planning to execution.
  • Support with special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
  • Monitor all SX RG channel results weekly and share results.
  • Monitor regular giving payments daily/weekly/monthly, report issues, and support troubleshooting.
  • Support the extraction and analysis of donor retention data.
  • Assist in preparing reports on key retention metrics.
  • Ensure donor feedback and retention insights are integrated into program improvements.
  • Inform data analyst team on changes to campaigns and campaign codes.
  • Provide administrative support for retention-focused campaigns, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor retention, marketing, or donor relations.
  • Desirable to have worked on other non-profit regular giving programmes.
Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Excellent written and spoken English is required (proficiency/level C).

Languages Preferred: • Additional proficiency in one or more of the following languages – French, Arabic, Spanish, or German – is desirable.

Contract Duration: 11 months
