Arabic communication and e-learning consultant

Overview

The consultant will reinforce the Trade Facilitation Section's capacities on communication and e-learning for two different projects.

Tasks Summary

• Assist Egypt in mapping and simplifying trade procedures by mapping and analyzing information, organizing meetings, supporting digitalization, conducting training, contributing to simplification of documents, and updating procedures.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Course "Intensive Communication for NTFCs" by delivering an e-learning course, researching best practices, programming course content on the UNCTAD's Trade Facilitation e-learning platform, conducting customer relationship duties for the platform, and organizing event logistics.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in capacity building, communication, organizing webinars, workshops, or similar event, is required. Work experience using the Learnworlds learning management system is desired. Knowledge of trade facilitation is desired. Specific proven experience using the Trade Information Portal system of UNCTAD is desired.

Qualification Requirements

Advanced university degree, Master, in trade related issues, design, communications, business administration, or related area, is required.

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency written and oral in Arabic and English is required.

Languages Preferred: Knowledge of French and Spanish is desirable.
