Overview
Support knowledge management, SharePoint maintenance, and targeted communications tasks for the Skills & Leadership Section, ensuring resources are organized, accessible, and clearly communicated.
Tasks Summary
- Maintain and organize knowledge assets, supporting structured repositories for workstreams.
- Conduct periodic content reviews and propose improvements.
- Update and manage SharePoint pages, coordinating content updates and troubleshooting issues.
- Create flyers, banners, and visual materials using Canva.
- Lead coordination of events and webinars.
- Draft short announcements and internal communications.
- Support maintenance of resources and communications for portfolios.
- Organize documentation and support development of summaries for Skills Strategy.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and preparing materials.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in knowledge management, digital content organization, or SharePoint administration.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to produce simple, polished visual materials in Canva.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of UNHCR platforms, structure, and workflows (desirable).
- Prior experience supporting HR, learning, or leadership development functions (desirable).
- 3 years of relevant experience with High School Diploma, or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher.
