The intern will support the production of the UN's flagship publication World Economic Situation and Prospects (WESP) by providing quantitative and qualitative research inputs on macroeconomic topics and policy issues.
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
Languages Required: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Languages Preferred: Knowledge of an additional official UN language is an advantage.
Contract Duration: 4 months initially
Work Modality: remote and part-time (30 hours)
Remuneration: Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
