Partnership Officer

Overview

The Partnership Officer will support the management of UNICEF’s implementing partnerships with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and contribute to strengthening financial and budgetary processes.

Tasks Summary

• Support the management of UNICEF’s implementing partnerships with CSOs.
• Conduct reviews and provide quality assurance of partnership documents.
• Analyze data across the CSO partnership portfolio.
• Contribute to strengthening financial and budgetary processes of CSO partners.
• Monitor and maintain accurate partner information.
• Liaise with programme sections and field offices.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for HACT Financial Assurance process.
• Provide technical support for partnership and programme monitoring systems.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and capacity building sessions.
• Assist in compiling, consolidating, and preparing reports.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in partnership and/or financial management, monitoring, and reporting at the national and/or international level within a humanitarian or development context. Previous experience in humanitarian response, particularly in database management, is an asset.

Qualification Requirements

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Development Studies, Anthropology, Sociology or any other relevant subject.
