Overview

Provide essential operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Regional Cooperation and Integration Unit (SERC), supporting daily operations of SERC projects, technical assistance activities, missions, and knowledge events.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to SERC activities, including regional cooperation initiatives and selected country operations.
  • Prepare routine correspondence, briefing notes, presentations, and background materials.
  • Maintain filing systems, shared folders, and administrative records.
  • Perform data entry and administrative updates in corporate and unit level systems.
  • Support monitoring and follow up of projects and technical assistance activities.
  • Coordinate administrative and logistical arrangements for missions, meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to capacity building and knowledge sharing activities.
  • Handle routine communications with internal units and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative follow-up on agreed actions and coordination tasks.
  • Provide backup administrative support during peak periods, missions, and major events.
  • Provide guidance on administrative processes and work practices to other administrative staff.
Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline.
