Overview

The intern will support the CDOTS Campus Team in the implementation of new LMS Standard Operating Procedures, focusing on quality assurance testing, developing documentation, and triaging support tickets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Quality assurance testing of eLearning courses and programmes to ensure compliance with established platform standards and SOPs.
  • Developing documentation and tutorials for LMS users and stakeholders.
  • Triaging support tickets and responding to queries related to user account management, troubleshooting, and elearning content management.
Required Experience

Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience. However, a field of study that is closely related to the type of internship that you are applying for is required.

Qualifications
  • Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher) in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Adult Learning/Teacher Training or a related field; or,
  • Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in any of the fields above.

Languages Required
Fluency in spoken and written English is required for the internship.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of an additional official UN language is desirable.
Contract Duration
6 months.
Work Modality
In person in New York or remote; full time and part time modalities would be considered.
Remuneration
Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
