Overview
Translate the Prosecutor’s Guide on Chemical and Biological Crimes from English into Macedonian.
Key Responsibilities
- Translation
- Editing and proofreading
- Internal quality assurance, including review by a second linguist
- Formatting and layout adaptation
- Preparation of final deliverables in required formats
- Deliver the final translated document in A4 format (Word and PDF) and A5 format (print-ready PDF)
- Replicate the original document's structure, sectioning, heading, numbering, tables, figures, captions, and formatting elements.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in written translation from English into the Macedonian language
- Proven experience in translating legal, technical, or institutional documents, preferably for government entities, law enforcement agencies, international organizations, or similar institutions.
Qualifications
- A university degree in translation, linguistics, law, or a related field; or
- A recognized professional certification in translation.
- Adequate knowledge of legal and technical terminology relevant to chemical and biological crime-related content.
