Overview
This invitation for bids concerns the supply of Weigh-in-Motion Digital Platforms for the Regional Road Development and Maintenance Project – Additional Financing in Mongolia.
Required Experience
- Successful completion as main supplier within the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025), of at least one contract valued at Two Hundred Thirty Thousand US Dollars (USD 230,000) with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply). The similarity of the Bidder’s completion of the contract shall be based on the supply and installation of the Weigh-in-Motion Digital Platform.
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover of Five Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars (USD 574,500) calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025).
- Availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement of One Hundred Thirty Thousand US Dollars (USD 130,000).
