Overview
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will ensure programmes deliver measurable, lasting impact by designing monitoring frameworks, tracking progress, and translating findings into actionable insights. The role bridges data and decision-making to understand programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures systematic and integrated approach to implementing evidence-based programming.
- Provides technical guidance and support to strengthen monitoring and evaluation frameworks, processes, and practices.
- Collaborates to develop, implement and analyze evaluation, research, and learning initiatives.
- Leads field and process monitoring initiatives.
- Develops and implements data products, including dashboards, factsheets, maps, and reports.
- Develops and implements data management system for data collection, cleaning, validation, and verification.
- Promotes a culture of learning and shares lessons learned.
Required Experience
Minimum of three years of relevant experience specific to monitoring and evaluation, including experience in data management, evaluation initiatives, and field and process monitoring.
Qualifications
A university degree from an accredited university.
