Overview
The role involves producing reports and publications to promote WHO Indonesia's work, developing grant proposals and donor reports, and conducting research for donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce reports and publications, including country case studies and success stories.
- Consult with teams to design publication content, graphics, and layout.
- Develop grant proposals, concept notes, donor visibility plans, and donor reports.
- Conduct research and prepare grant analysis, donor profiles, and briefing notes.
- Develop and implement strategies for partner engagement and visibility activities.
- Provide technical support for documentation and reporting across country programmes.
- Support the development of tools for data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
- Provide guidance and technical support for M&E efforts, including training.
Required Experience
A minimum of two years of experience relevant to the position (reporting, documentation, knowledge management and/or communication).
Qualifications
University degree (bachelor's) in international relations, political science, health/public health, social science.
