Overview

The role involves producing reports and publications to promote WHO Indonesia's work, developing grant proposals and donor reports, and conducting research for donor engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Produce reports and publications, including country case studies and success stories.
  • Consult with teams to design publication content, graphics, and layout.
  • Develop grant proposals, concept notes, donor visibility plans, and donor reports.
  • Conduct research and prepare grant analysis, donor profiles, and briefing notes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for partner engagement and visibility activities.
  • Provide technical support for documentation and reporting across country programmes.
  • Support the development of tools for data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and technical support for M&E efforts, including training.
Required Experience

A minimum of two years of experience relevant to the position (reporting, documentation, knowledge management and/or communication).

Qualifications

University degree (bachelor's) in international relations, political science, health/public health, social science.

Annual base salary starting at IDR 734,133,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
