The role involves designing the overall system architecture for the ARCMTS system, including specific modules, and ensuring its technical and compliance requirements are met.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in system or software architecture is required. Experience ensuring compliance with security, audit, and data protection requirements is required. Experience in database architecture, API/integration design, and security architecture is required. Experience working with teams developing systems involving financial workflows, document management, reporting is desirable. Proven experience designing large-scale, multi-module information systems (preferably government, justice, financial, or secure environments) is desirable. Work experience with Uzbekistan’s national law enforcement agencies and knowledge of specifics of work with sensitive information is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Formal qualifications or certifications from a recognized national or international educational institution related to computer science, information technology or closely related field is desired.
