The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining a database environment for the ARCMTS system, ensuring its security, optimization, and operational readiness.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator is required. Experience with database installation and configuration, data modelling and optimization, backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning and monitoring, database-level security and access control is required. Proven experience managing large, secure, transactional databases, preferably in government, financial, or regulated environments is desirable. Experience supporting systems using complex workflows, financial operations, document management, and audit requirements is desirable. Familiarity with high-availability architecture, replication, and disaster recovery tools is desirable. Work experience with Uzbekistan’s national law enforcement agencies and knowledge of specifics of work with sensitive information is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Formal qualifications or certifications from a recognized national or international educational institution related to computer science, information technology or closely related field is desirable.
