The role involves designing a user-friendly interface for the ARCMTS system, aligning with the ARCMTS TOR and ensuring an intuitive and accessible user experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in web or UI/UX design is required. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and style guides using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is required. Experience designing interfaces that interact with workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and document management components is required. Familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practice is desirable. Experience collaborating closely with frontend developers and project teams is desirable. Proven experience designing interfaces for complex web systems (government, finance, justice, or enterprise systems) is desirable. Work experience with Uzbekistan’s national law enforcement agencies and knowledge of specifics of work with sensitive information is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Formal qualifications or certifications from a recognized national or international educational institution related to computer science, information technology, graphic or web design is desirable.
