The role involves developing secure and documented backend services for ARCMTS modules, including APIs, business logic, and integration services, aligned with technical and security requirements.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a backend developer is required. Experience developing complex, multi‑module systems with secure APIs, preferably in government, financial, justice, or regulated sectors is desirable. Experience designing and implementing of: REST APIs and integrations, role‑based secure backend logic, business logic for workflows, financial operations, document handling, audit logging and data integrity controls is required. Experience with databases, data models, and high‑security environments is required. Familiarity with required ARCMTS domains: financial operations, digital document management, workflows, reporting data structures is desirable. Work experience with Uzbekistan’s national law enforcement agencies and knowledge of specifics of work with sensitive information is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Formal qualifications or certifications from a recognized national or international educational institution related to computer science, information technology or closely related field is desirable.
